The IAUG Council, at its meeting on 7th October, took the decision to postpone the Autumn Workshop due to be held in The Bridge House Hotel in Tullamore on Thursday 15th October.
The decision was taken on the basis that some member received advice from their respective unions that attendance would be not be in line with the notified terms of their industrial actions. Additionally the scheduled national one day work stoppage on 14th October, would result in a significantly lower attendance that week.
We are currently engaging with the venue to try to secure an alternative date in mid to late November and will keep you informed.
We have closed bookings, but any existing bookings will be automatically moved to the new date and users contacted to confirm if they still wish to attend or cancel their booking.
We apologies for any inconvenience caused.
