2025 Annual Conference
The IAUG will hold its 2025 Annual Conference on 22nd and 23rd May at the Hodson Bay Hotel in Athlone.
Registration for Autumn Workshop is now open
Our autumn workshop is being held in the Sheraton Hotel in Athlone on Thursday 17th October 2024. This is a on-day event from 9.30am to approximately 3.45pm.
The workshop is free of charge to staff of IAUG member organizations.

Early Discount Extended to 12th April
The Early Booking Discount has been extended until close of business on Friday 12th April 2024 to accommodate delegates that may have been on leave over the Easter period.
2024 Conference Discount Rates
Registration for the 2024 Conference is now open. The Conference will take place on Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th May in the Galway Bay Hotel.
Early Bird Booking Discounted rates are available to IAUG member organisation that book before close of business on Friday 5th April 2024.
The Agenda is available on the main booking page and will be updated as speakers are confirmed.
2023 Membership Fees
Membership Fee Invoices for 2023 will be issued shortly. The fee rate for 2023 is €250.00 per member organisation, which brings it back to the pre-Covid rate. During Covid we introduced a reduce fee of €150.00 per member organisation to reflect the fact that the our workshops became webinars and we were not incurring significant event costs. Since 2022 we have returned to in-person events and the fee will revert to its pre-Covid level.
Fees for 2024 will be proposed and discussed at our AGM being held during our Annual Conference in October 2023
October 2023 Conference
Details were announced at our May workshop regarding the annual conference has been moved from it’s traditional slot in May to October in 2023 and will include the AGM.
The Conference will be held on 12th & 13th October in the Lyrath Hotel in Kilkenny

2023 Workshop Announced
The IAUG is pleased to announce that our May Workshop will take place in the Sheraton Hotel in Athlone on Thursday 18 May 2023. This is a one-day event, free of charge to paid-up IAUG member organisations and lunch is provided.
