Cancellation Terms

The following cancellation terms apply to bookings for the 2025 Annual Conference, being held on the 22nd & 23rd May in the Hodson Bay Hotel.

Free Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to the close of business on Friday 4th April 2025. The booking may be transferred to another delegate at the same rate or where the fee has been paid it can be refunded or where it is outstanding the invoice will be cancelled.

Cancellation (50% Refund)

Bookings may be cancelled up to close of business on Friday 2nd May 2025 but will incur a fee of 50% of the booking cost. Where the fee has been paid is is being refunded, 50% of the cost will be refunded. Where the fee is outstanding the invoice will be reissued for the 50% cost.

The booking may, however be transferred to another delegate without incurring any additional fee.

No Refunds / Credit

Bookings cancelled after close of business on Friday 2nd May 2025 are not subject to any refund and any outstanding fees remain due.
